Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or betting privileges until verification is complete.
4.1 All transactions on the pkr111 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr111 does not support USD-denominated accounts. No currency conversion fees are charged by pkr111; however, your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or other accepted methods) may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkr111 accepts no responsibility.
4.2 The minimum deposit and withdrawal threshold is Rs 500. pkr111 reserves the right to amend minimum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to deposit funds into the same pkr111 account, or to a method standing in your own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.4 pkr111 processes withdrawal requests for KYC-verified accounts within standard processing windows. Actual settlement times depend on the payment method selected and are outside the direct control of pkr111 once a transfer has been initiated.
4.5 pkr111 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal pending the outcome of a fraud, AML, or responsible gaming investigation. Where funds are withheld pending investigation, pkr111 will notify the account holder of the reason as soon as it is legally permissible to do so.
4.6 Deposits must be made from a payment source owned and operated by the account holder. pkr111 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds received from a payment source not in the account holder's name may be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on the pkr111 Platform are subject to the specific game or sports betting rules applicable to that product, which are published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game or event in question.
5.2 pkr111 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, where odds or game parameters have been published incorrectly due to a technical or human error, or where there is reasonable evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or other irregular activity.
5.3 All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics observed in real time. pkr111 does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.4 In-play sports betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to delay. Bets accepted at a given price are binding at that price unless the bet falls within a category eligible for void under these Terms or the specific sports betting rules.

10.2 pkr111 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.3 pkr111's total liability to you in respect of any single claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your pkr111 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 pkr111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without notice, where pkr111 reasonably suspects or determines that:
